 We come right to potential sale site &
 look items over to be auctioned. We
give commission & expense quotes to
have auction held right on site or moved
to an accommodating facility to have
auction. We will tell you honestly if it
would be worth having sale on site or
by other means. We will make suggestions
of things that can be done by potential customer to save them on cost before day of auction. We recommend alternate options if we feel that it would not be to potential customers best advantage to have sale on site. We come out & do this at no charge & no expected commitment from customer.

In most Cases though Real estate has Been Sold Right on the Block. If Real Estate is Sold by Auctioneer there is a 1% to 3% Commission Charge to seller of Selling Price of Real Estate. This Commission Charge is Due to Auctioneer at Settlement of Property. There is No Commission Charge Applied if Real Estate is Not Sold by Auctioneer. Instead there is an Small Non Selling Fee Charged to Seller.

When we do an on site auction, the auction is
held right at residence, business or
warehouse where items to be auctioned are located.
We come in and:

- Inventory & Photograph Items to be
     Promoted for Auction.
  - Sort, Move & Clean Items for Auction.
  - Set up Sale Marketing Items to the Buyers
     Appeal to Purchase Items at Auction.
  - In Household & Antique Auctions We Set
     Up House with most Furniture & Items
     Placed & Displayed as In an Actual
     Home Setting to Help Buyer to Get Idea
     of  How Nice These Items Look in a
     Home Setting.
  - We have an 2 Hour Sale Preview & Open
     House Within 1 Week Prior to Auction
     Being Held. This Helps Boost Sale Prices
     because People have Opportunity to See
     Items to be Auctioned Prior to Sale. This
     also Allows People who Cannot Actually
     Attend the Auction On Day of Sale to
     Leave Absentee Bids with Auctioneer.
  - After Auction is Held We Move All
     Garbage Out of House, Sweep &
     Vacuum Floors & Leave House Empty
     & In Clean Condition.
  - On Site Auctions are a Great Way to
     Liquidate Estates & Large Auctions
     Because Seller Saves on Expense of

 When we Do an Off Premises Auction the Auction is Usually Held at a Local Fire Hall. When  we Do an Off Premises Auction it is Usually Because it is Not Feasible to Hold Auction On Site. Usually Because Parking is Not Good or Items Have to be Out Before There is Time to Plan an On Site Auction. Another Reason for an Off Premises Auction is Because There is Not Enough Items to Hold an Auction On Site. In These Cases we Hold an Fire Co. Auction. We Hold Off Premises Auction for All Kinds of Situations Such as Estate, Collections, Business Liquidations, Consignment & Personal Property. We can Plan a Whole Auction Off Premises with One Persons Items or Combine Items From Several People to Create an Auction. We come and:
